I did some searching and didn't find anyone that has done this and posted. If someone did, shoot me the link to the thread please.
Otherwise, does anyone know where the module mounts? The pictures and description are pretty useless.

| CB mounts behind rear tire, where you will see a rectangular piece of plastic. Remove plastic, CB mounts in that area, where all the anti-skid brakes lines are. If I had to do another one, I would remove the outer painted rear fender to make the job easier and faster.

I posted the Never Mind because I did get it figured out. What a PITA installing that is using the access panel. As you mentioned, if I have to get to it in the future, I will DEFINITELY remove the fender. It may take a bit longer to do it that way, but at least you'd have access to work on it without killing yourself.
