| Does anyone have the Freedom True Duel Exhausts for the Cross Country? I am trying to decide on an improved sound and performance exhaust. I just struggle with the cost of slip on exhausts and for that money am looking at full exhausts. |

Posts: 39 Fostoria Ohio USA | I ordered D&D slip-ons through Ebay for $636 with free shipping. I have looked into true duals for the Yamaha Stratoliner Deluxe before deciding to buy my Cross Country. I remember those being around $900 to a grand or so, but I can't vouch for what the set for an XC costs. I guess for the pipes and all it's not out of line pricewise. |

I have Centerfire 105's and love the sound plus they give you a slight increase in performance. From what I've heard the D&D's sound good and they do well on the dyno. |

Posts: 39 Fostoria Ohio USA | Over on the VOG forum there's a video of the Freedom True Duals. They sound louder & deeper than the D&D slip-ons and look like they are longer and stick out past the saddlebags further in back. Some might think they are worth the price, while others won't. Just a matter of personal preference I guess. |
