Victory sales were growing each year from 2010 - 2012. 2013 was also a good year to my understanding. The AVR in 2013 was the biggest it has ever been. Plant tours were booked all weekend and the parking lot was packed. It was a really good rally. Polaris did a great job killing all momentum Victory had to get Indian going and then investing nothing to improve the bikes after 2011.
