| Sorry about all the 'posts' but just got my XRoads and was trying to buy add-ons I know will work. Anybody have one of these and how do you like it? I thought this might work just as well as the cruise..... and I don't need anything but 'set speed'.

| Well I've got a XC so I've got cruise but I've also got a VTX and I've got a Brakeaway Throttle Lock on it and I think it's great. It's pricey but it's worth it. There are some less expensive but they don't have the best feature of turning it off by hitting the brake lever.

As far as working just as well as cruise....aaaaaa no. It will hold you speed pretty well on level ground but go up a hill and it will loose speed but when I use it I don't use it for an extended period of time it's just for a few minutes to rest my wrist.
