I've got a friend in Tennessee that rides a Crossroads. He told me he changed his rear pads at 73,000 and still has his OEM pads on the front and I know he's about 85,000 now. I have questions for y'all.
A) How many miles did you have when you changed your Vision pads ?
B) Did you go with sintered EBC or organic compound ?

I changed the front pads at 51K miles with OEM pads. Just put new tires on at 108 K and planned on new pads again. Shop tech said my pads are still good. 108K miles in the rear. The tech couldn't believe the rear was still original. I planned on going with the EBC pads. Guess I will have to wait.

I've got 30k on my Vision and have been pulling my trailer quite a bit. I just (literally last night) put the EBC on the rear. They were getting low. Could I have gone a few more thousand miles - maybe - but I was ready to change them for my peace of mind. Now the front is still looking pretty good.

You do pull that trailer a lot. I haven't started pulling mine yet. Coming soon though. I guess the EBC's are the way to go for our size bikes.

Wow, I only get about 27K front and had to replace my rear pads at 40K. I have about 10,000 on the Lyndall I put in the back. I used the middle ones, Gold Z I think. Love them. I can actually get the ABS to activate in the back now. I have EBC HH double sintered up front. Better than OEM, they are about done with about the same as the originals, 25K. Looking forward to getting Lyndall up front soon.

Thanks. I'll take a look at what Lyndall has.

Heard great things about the EBC pads so I decided to give them a try. I got them from 4WO| Truck Parts & Motorcycle. So far I'm very pleased with their braking performance. There's a bit of dust and squealing, but not a big concern.
