Where is most convenient place to tap for passenger power outlet?...Iwoyld prefer not routing all of the way up front to the battery.

If you have the heated seat you can get power at the back of the seat.

thats where I will tap power for my vest.

If you don't have a heated seat, there is a spare switched plug under the seat. I think it's for the heated seat.
