The heel shifter was on my old C90

You get used to having it so when I bought the XCT I had them make the heel shifter and some other items part of the deal...

Well - when I picked the bike up they had the heel shifter set up as high as possible. It was unusable -

When I got the bike home I lowered the heel shifter as low as possible but it was still way to high....

I had to drill the holes out so the shifter would sit aprox 1 inch above the floor board. Then I added washers so the heel shifter would be closer to the floor board.

I didnt want to scrape the side of the motor with my boot when using the heel shifter.... Or trying to find it...

Also I moved the shifter assy back to the center holes on the mounts.. The shifter assy is ajustable on Vic bikes - nice feature...

So now if I slide my foot back on the floor board my heel will hit the shifter and I now all I have to do is raise my heel 1 inch and i am ready to push down to up shift......

Rob
