Rode my bike yesterday ran fine, went to start this morning very hard to start and just when it did finally start it just about stopped turning over and made a loud thud, rode the bike and the idle is very low 650 rpms, I have had a battery tender on all winter and have been using the bike daily for the last few weeks, I have atom bomb mufflers, Victory high performance air filter with the rubber strip removed and the 02 sensors disconnected. Any ideas?

Could it be a battery issue, the bike is only 2 years old with 13000 Kms

I have a 2012 XCT with about 35,000 klms on it.  A couple of weeks ago I experienced the same symptoms as you.  I called up my dealer and spoke to the mechanic and he said that it was the "Idle actuator" or something like that.  He said bring the bike in to have it replaced which I did.  Once faulty unit was replace the bike is going as good as it was before.  So speak to your dealer and see if this "idle actuator" might be the problem you have.

Cheers

Kym

There is an issue that is creeping up with the 12/13 CC and CCT bikes. Apparently there is an issue with the starter/voltage and a few other things that I don't remember off hand that they replaced in conjunction to fix it.. 3 other local bikes had the exact same issue. It sounds like the bike is dragging to start. Vic is warranting them with no issue because they know it is a issue. Tried to find my invoice to see what parts they did replace but I know it was a job to get done. no problems now. I took pics attached of the warranty being done.
