Had my dealer install the Bluetooth dongle on my '13 XCT yesterday. They paired the Sena SMH10 headset to it and once I figured out how to operate it, everything was great. I updated the firmware from 4.1 to 4.2 on the headset and now I can't get the headset to pair with the audio system. The headset is pairing with my phone just fine. What am I missing here? Connecting this stuff reminds me of connecting a bunch of stereo components from different manufacturers. None of the instructions tie it all together.

I stumbled upon the installation instructions for the Bluetooth. Resetting the dongle resolved the issue.

Can I ask where you found the Blue Tooth instructions, picked up a SENA Bluetooth Dongle, but having a hard time finding install and operation instructions for it. Suggestions?

I agree the instructions are really lame. Leads one to believe the connector line from radio unit is right behind the head light on the cross bikes. After a frustrating search I found there is no actual line from the radio.

However, on the left side of actual radio unit right under entry of  the main radio harness is a square rubber plug. Pull out the plug and find the multiple male pin connection where the Victory Audio Accessory Harness part number 2878065 gets plugged in. If one dongle is used it can be plugged into one of the harness pigtails. If 2 dongles are being used for rider and passenger the accessory jumper harness (#2878917)is plugged into one of the audio harness pig tails then the 2 dongles get plugged into the jumper.
