| I'm new to the Victory world and am looking at the Cross Country both new and used. I found a 2010 with about $1500 in accessories that I believe I can get for around 14K and a new 2013 for around 16K. First question is sometimes a new model has some issues and am wondering if there are any with the 2010 model. Second question is have they made any upgrades since the 2010 model that are significant?
Also wondering approx. price to have one lowered?

| A 13 for 16K sounds like a deal. The 13 has ABS which is a plus. |
