Just got it back today and it looks great. This place does really good work so I'm willing to pay for good solid quality work. Their shop is clean and the material the use is very good as well. The wife loves it as well since it's her bike. Got it done as a B-day gift for her. See pics below of the job.
Just a thought. We had them Velcro the bottom in, in case we EVER needed to gain access to the bolts that hold the trunk onto the the bracket.

I like the idea of using velcro on the bottom piece of the trunk. I'm thinking of lining my bags and trunk too. Ran across this company over on the VMC Forum. Have to install them yourself, but everything is all cut out, and ready to glue in.

Finished installing my trunk kit last week. Simple but time consuming if you do it right. I cut a flat bottom for the truck but glued mine in place and covered it. Thinking the odds are in my favor I'll never need to get to the bottom of the trunk and now nothing can slide under it either. Will likely start on 1 of the bags next week.

I did my bags, lower fairing pockets and trunk last week. Here are some photos. http://s1260.photobucket.com/user/Encmerk/embed/slideshow/Saddlebag... width="480" height="360"

Nice Job!
Reminds me of what the engineers at Victory did to a XC they loaned me while on a press tour run from Grand Junction, CO to Sturgis. It was a hot summer so they took one of the saddlebags and converted it into a cooler, complete with heat reflective tape, styrofoam and a drain plug. Worked really well even in the 100+ heat of summer. I was the most popular bike on the tour (cuz I had the cold drinks!).
