I must take the blame for the long winter !, I usually have the ride calendar out earlier to avoid all this cold and snow !
As we embark on the 12th year of volunteering to lead these rides for Ronnie, Sue, Chris & the gang at Higgins-let?s all give a big shout and thanks to them all for providing all of us the opportunity to join in the fun !
Trying to shake up the structure this year- have these more ?destination? rides- will provide the date & location so that more folks can join ?allow for a bit more flexibility .
I will put out the first few ride dates below, locations are TBD.

Sunday May 17
Saturday June 20
Saturday July 25

Well, it looks like we have finally turned the corner into Spring !
Come join the fun for our 13th season of group rides, enjoying some of the best destinations & scenery in New England. For those joining us for the first time this year, these rides are usually fun, brisk theme rides joining the love of the open road with like-minded riders.
This year, to help allow more folks to join & meet up- we will do ? destination rides? I will post the location and a general time that we will be there, so for folks coming from all different directions, they can plan accordingly.
Our first ride is this Saturday !
Destination- Parkers Maple Barn
1316 Brookline Road, Mason, NH
Estimated arrival time- 10:30AM
Bring an appetite !!!

What a beautiful way to kick off the 2015 season on Saturday ! Beautiful weather, great roads and delicious food !- Thanks to all to who came out for our first rode of the season. A nice relaxed 200 mile day throughout Mass & Southern New Hampshire.
Our next ride is SUNDAY, May 17th- destination is TBD- more details to follow. Keep an eye out on the Higgins website as well as notes from me. Don?t forget to RSVP or ask any questions, Jeff

The warm weather is upon us ! ?time to get out on the road and into the breeze !
Our next ride is this SUNDAY , May 17th !
We will depart Higgins at 9AM sharp. The store will not be open by the time we leave, so plan your pre-ride health breaks accordingly.
Nice ride up into NH , will stop at Cathedral of the Pines then head into VT to a gem of a burger joint for lunch. Wil be back in Sturbridge/Charlton area by 3:30PM..

Thanks to the 10 bikes & 13 riders who came out yesterday to enjoy a fantastic riding day ! 230 beautiful miles through , Mass, NH & VT !
Great to see some old friends and some new faces out on the rides.
Our next trip will be Saturday June 20th- details to follow !

Our next ride is almost upon us !
We are planning a nice route out to Holyoke and a hot dog staple, Nicks Nest !
Kickstands up from Higgins @ 9AM sharp- please come fueled and ready
This ride may have some highway miles in it, perhaps on the return-we plan to be back in the Sturbridge area no later than 2PM.

Our next ride is fast approaching !
We will take a nice scenic ride to the shores of Connecticut for some fun in the sun ! I am keeping an eye on the weather and will adjust as needed.

Leave Higgins @ 9AM sharp !- the folks will have the store open a little early to allow for those last minute goodies !
Plan to return to the Sturbridge area near 3:30PM.
