If you have an older Vision, it will be a BMW style power outlet. The newer Visions come with a cigarette lighter style plug in

Go to a BMW dealer and purchase a Cigarette Lighter conversion plug. Then anything that plugs into lighter will work. Also there is a BMW style plug in the trunk on older VV's. I use this conversion to power my GPS - I have an IPOD cable that does the charging so I don't need the BMW Plug for that.
