I have the opportunity to get a new CC at a nice discount. Can anyone tell me if the top box(trunk) is something I can install myself?? Are there instructions in the kit? Any DIY guides?

Thanks,

HD owner, but not much longer...

It takes longer to unpack the trunk from the shipping box than it does to install it.
It really only takes one to two minutes to install or remove.

I was being a little facetious.
There are instructions included for the initial assembly.
If I recall correctly, it took about 30 minutes to bolt everything up together.
Once that is done, then it really is super fast to put on or remove.
