It a new replacement shield from National Cycle. This is the shorty a mid size and tall shield are in the works as well.

Southeast Iowa		Looks like a "Hood Scoop" I don't care for the rivets and it's about 6" too short for me. It is unique looking and does give an interesting look to the windshield.
