What do you guys think about my little creation?

I didn't buy the Victory GPS mount because it won't work with my ZUMO 390LM GPS. I like the tire pressure sensors!
The Victory Harness is priced at $175 and will ONLY work with the ZUMO 660. This gave me an idea. I thought, why not do away with the wires all together and make it usable for any device? I haven't heard of anyone else doing this.

Here's how it operates. While you are listening to your ipod or radio, the bluetooth device will take over and mute your music, the bluetooth sound will then take over, and when it is done it will return to normal operation and return you to your music. This works just like the Victory GPS Mount would, but enables almost any other device to work as well.
My solution will work with almost anything that is bluetooth enabled or having an audio output. Best of all, I did it for less than $30 on a cool rainy day! Even if the Bluetooth version isn't compatible, any device with an audio output can still be plugged into my mod by plugging into my modded 3.5mm audio jack.

I shot a short video describing how I did it.

Watched the video but I'm confused on your terminology.
Is the Victory GPS harness you tied into standard on all bikes? It's not the optional Victory GPS harness, correct? Do you mean just the standard audio harness?

Just integrated my Garmin Zumo 550 to the Cross audio system by building the male end of the unused grey capped audio line inside the fairing (looking in on right below the HID ballast). Rather than buy & hack the $140.00 Victory GPS integration cable I built one, costing an hours time installed for all of $16.00 including a new 3 foot audio line 3.5mm to RCA. The RCA ends are cut off and wired into the plug I got from Digikey.com I did not need power through this connection so just used the 3 audio input lines.
Set up works great getting NAV through the system speakers during interrupt of other audio and the mp3 tracks stored in the 550 play through in stereo.
Be sure to order a few extra pins as they are very small and tough to solder / work with
Attached is PDF file of Digikey part numbers and wiring diagram I used.
