Just came back from a run over the Cabot Trail...at home I noticed my antenna missing,,,,don't know if someone swiped it or it just came loose and fell out...anyhow I was wondering if theres a short antenna available for the XC..or do I have to buy the same type that was on it stock...I imagine I could order one from the dealer although I've never seen any in the accessory books. If anyone is in the know feel free to jump in here Thanx!!

I also moved the base to the front of the bracket and was able to lau down the short antenna and tie it to the trunk/bag mount.

I ended up getting a short rubber replacement antennae at WalMart...approx.14 inches long...it came with 4 different size studs to fit various thread patterns and diameters...it works very well and its priced around 9 dollars.
