Most likely a Deusy. Each one was custom built for the buyer but had a basically good frame and engine underneath the custom body work. Many of them were extremely streamlined looking and the styling era matches the one in the picture. For a while chromed flexible exhausts coming through the hood were fairly common among them. They were the origin of the expression that is a Deusy.

I've seen custom made Deusy golf carts and they were a deusy, with the price and all.

It's not a Duesenburg- It's a 1939 Delahaye T165 Roadster. Here's the coolest of the art deco streamlined motorcycles- 78 years before the Vision-1930 KJ Henderson

Nice Trike. Just be sure to use Vic Oil or you'll have clutch slippage. And change those tires to Avon's for better handling.

Actually if you follow the link Jeff put up it seems to be a CUSTOM 1930 KJ HENDERSON ADAPTATION, the car is the Delahaye. It is a little misleading but both a very cool looking.

Here's a few shots I took of the Henderson while it was at the Frist museum in Nashville.
