I'm having a bout of vertigo for the first time. Came on strong and has subsided greatly, but still dealing with the effects. Anyone else have to deal with this and still ride? I've not ridden since it first occurred, but I hope I'm not hanging up the spurs.

I have not, my old man has several times. He has great luck going to a Neuro and resetting the inner ear crystals. Quick, immediate relief. Good luck

My wife gets it. She has also done the crystal resetting, I can do that for her. Though she hasn't had to do that for a number of years now. It takes a couple of days before it goes away.

walk if you don't have to grab the walls to stand up MAYBE you can wait another day before riding.

If you crash and and the insurance finds out you loose every thing stay home

all seems to be very well, thanks for the concerns. Just hope it doesn't happen again anytime soon.

I've gotten it years ago as a direct result of medications. But it passed once it was pin pointed .

I treat this . Go find a Physical Therapist we treat it all the time often in 1 visit if it is positional vertigo.
